Hi. I’m Jamie.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and direct, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation: one where you feel heard, understood, gently challenged, and equipped with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

  • Working Together:

I strive to create a space where you feel safe bringing every part of yourself into therapy. Building a trusting, collaborative relationship is at the heart of my work. Together, we'll work toward helping you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether we're exploring unhelpful patterns, developing practical coping skills, strengthening self-compassion, or helping you take meaningful steps toward the life you want to build, my goal remains the same: to provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports lasting growth both inside and outside the therapy room.

  • More About Me:

I've dedicated my career to mental health since 2008, serving individuals across a variety of settings and stages of life. My experience includes community mental health, mental health policy advocacy, medical social work with older adults, and outpatient psychotherapy. These diverse roles have shaped my belief that every person's story is unique and deserves to be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

Because every person brings a unique story, strengths, and experiences to therapy, I take an integrative approach rather than relying on a single treatment model. I thoughtfully draw from evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)—to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals.

Let’s Get Started

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. Send me a brief message, and I'll be in touch to schedule a conversation and answer any questions you may have.
